Herbs for Women's Health &

 Sexual Wellbeing

Bridget grew up in Littleton, Colorado with fresh food and herbs from her family gardens, and camping in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. In 2014, she founded Bridget's Botanicals, LLC. Bridget combines traditional botanical healing practices with modern scientific research to provide high quality private health consultations, herbal products,  courses, presentations, workshops in botanical medicine, as well as global health adventures. She works with a range of clients to optimize their health in a variety of ways, focusing on the integration of herbs from around the world. Her specialties are in energy levels, stress, and women's sexual health and wellbeing.

At the age of 19, Bridget survived a traumatic attack by a group of men while traveling in South America. This experience significantly influenced her work and focus. For the past decade, she has since worked part-time with hundreds of women in 9 states and given presentations at multiple universities through her Pure Romance business as a way of empowering  and educating women about their sexual health and wellbeing. While continuing this work, Bridget currently works with herbs for clients who are looking to enhance or support their sexual health and wellbeing.

Bridget has been studying the incredible benefits of how herbs impact human physiology for optimal health and practicing herbalism over the past 8 years. She holds a degree in molecular biology and ecology/evolution from the University of Colorado, a Masters of Art in Teaching from Boston University, and has taken graduate courses in pharmacology, medicinal plants, and biochemistry at Georgetown and Harvard. Her botanical studies have taken her around the world & US to study different healing traditions, botany, and symbiotic ecosystems. Additionally Bridget is trained in evaluating scientific research studies, previously directed the high school science program at La Academia in Denver, CO, and worked with Howard Hughes Medical Institutes at Harvard and MIT supporting world renowned scientific research laboratories.

She is passionate about ocean and rainforest conservation and raising awareness about the direct connection between human health, the health of the environment, and the role that botanical medicine has in the global health arena.
